The Wisconsin Catholic Conference has named David Earleywine its new executive director following the Aug. 31 retirement of Barbara Sella, who served the organization since 2002 and as executive director for the past four years.

Earleywine, WCC associate director since 2022, previously handled education and religious liberty issues. Ryan Keisling joined the organization Sept. 1 as associate director after previously serving in youth ministry at St. Joseph Church, Baraboo.

The WCC represents Wisconsin’s five Roman Catholic dioceses on statewide issues, including public policy.
