St. Lawrence Seminary High School in Mount Calvary will celebrate the 800th Jubilee Year of St. Francis of Assisi with six evenings of prayer, reflection and confession Sept. 26-Oct. 1.
Confessions will be offered daily from 7 to 7:30 p.m. in the seminary chapel, followed by a novena to St. Francis and a short reflection on his life and legacy. Each evening will focus on a different aspect of Franciscan spirituality, including fraternity, the Eucharist, prayer, service, Scripture and conversion.
Eucharistic Adoration will follow the Sept. 27 gathering until 8 p.m., and Mass will be celebrated Sept. 30.
