Airman Thomas Condon died in 1952 in a plane crash while flying to Alaska to prepare for his deployment to Korea. His remains weren’t found until 2012 and they weren’t confirmed until 2016.

William “Bill” Condon, brother, provided the DNA sample used to identify him.
