SHEBOYGAN — Holy Family School was one of two schools to receive 50 laptop computers in the Charter Laptop Giveaway held in September. After 8,000 schools were nominated, Holy Family was the only Wisconsin school to make it to the top 50, and then to the top three in the final battle: they came in second place with 11,739 votes, behind the 12,363 votes that went to Marion Elementary School, St. Louis, Mo.
The Dec.16 issue of your Catholic Herald mistakenly announced Holy Family School, Fond du Lac, as the winning school. Your Catholic Herald regrets the error.
