ST. FRANCIS — “Encounter Milwaukee: Awakening A Generation,” a Steubenville young adult conference, will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14 at the Cousins Center, 3501 S. Lake Drive.
The conference, a partnership between Arise and Franciscan University of Steubenville, features several speakers on various topics – from living out faith in the secular workplace, fulfilling the desire for intimacy as a single Catholic woman/man, how to win in college life to dealing with discomforts in community – as well as Eucharistic adoration and procession and Mass. Lunch is included in registration; coffee, breakfast and dinner on-site options will be available.
An after-conference social will be held at St. Francis Brewery, 3825 S. Kinnickinnic Ave.
