Parishioners from St. Mary and St. Anthony parishes in Menomonee Falls carried the Eucharist and an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary through downtown Menomonee Falls during a Eucharistic and Marian procession Sept. 13.
The procession began at St. Mary and traveled through downtown along Appleton Avenue before concluding with Eucharistic Adoration at St. Anthony.
The procession continues a tradition established by the two parishes several years ago as a public witness to the Catholic faith and devotion to the Blessed Sacrament and Mary. A parish publication from 2024 described the annual procession as an opportunity to bring that witness into the wider community.
St. Mary and St. Anthony share a number of ministries and faith opportunities, including ongoing Eucharistic Adoration at both parishes. (Submitted Photos)
